ROLL FORMING LINES
ASC UK’s light gauge Stud and Track Roll Forming Lines produce precision studs and tracks for the booming residential and commercial construction market.
The ASC UK Stud and Track Roll Former employs a precision cut shear to produce precision parts on various widths and gauges of materials.
The controls are BIM compatible and will accept CSV downloads from Tekla, Vertex, Strucad, and other software platforms.

• Material thickness: 0.45mm to 0.7mm
• Web size: 46mm to 146mm

STUD & TRACK LINES
The ASC UK Multi-Plex Structural Steel Framing roll forming line is unique to the industry, having the ability to change profile dimensions in minutes without the requirement for tooling or spacer changes.
Unlike traditional framing machine designed as dedicated to one size, the ASC UK mill allows infinite changes to profile sizes between minimum and maximum. The machine’s ability to run structural heavy duty track and studs as well as conventional sizes minimizes the requirement for trussing base supports.
The machine controls will accept CSV downloads from Tekla, Vertex, and Strucad.

• Material thickness: 1mm to 2mm
• Web size: 75mm to 250mm
• Lip dimension: 15mm
• Leg height (Stud): 35 to 100 mm
• Leg height (Track): 100mm
• Roll former Mill Speed: (Max) 25-30 metres/minute (Stop/start)

INSULATED PANEL
ASC UK designs and manufactures complete Duplex Rollforming Lines for Discontinuous and Continuous insulated sandwich panel lines. Our customers offer energy efficient and high quality insulated panels with PUR Polyurethane or Mineral Wool for architectural, commercial, industrial and cold storage applications.
We supply the complete front end equipment including uncoiler, coil car, feeder, slitter, scrap chopper, PVC film applicator, mesa forming/ribbing stations and variable width duplex rollformer.
All of our lines are controlled through touchscreen controllers and for continuous lines can easily be integrated in the main control station of your laminator.
ASC UK works closely with the Foaming machine and Double Belt manufacturer of your choice to ensure a smooth and trouble free startup of your line.
